This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you give us when you join the waitlist of Faithful Photo Restoration.

Who is responsible

Mariia Safonova, sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle, France), SIREN 102787561.
Contact: hello@faithfulphotorestoration.com

What we collect

We also count page events (a visit, a click on a pack, a question opened…) as anonymous totals per day. These counters contain no IP address, no identifier and no cookie: they cannot be linked to you.

Why

For one purpose only: to send you one email when Faithful Photo Restoration opens. The pack, language and source help us understand which offer families prefer. We never sell, rent or share your email address, and we do not send you advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The box is never ticked in advance, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

How long we keep it

Until the service opens, and then 12 months at most. After that, your email address is deleted.

Where it is stored

The site and the waitlist are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your photos (when we open)

Today we collect no photos: only the waitlist details above. When the service opens, the photos you send will be used only to restore them for you. They are processed by our AI providers through paid business APIs that do not use them to train models, never shown publicly, and deleted within 30 days after delivery. A dedicated notice will be published before the opening.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. If you choose a language, that choice is remembered only in your own browser (local storage), and never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object, simply by writing to hello@faithfulphotorestoration.com from the address concerned. We answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority of your country.
